Mark W. Leach, M.D.
Received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey. He performed his internship and completed his residency at St. Margaret Memorial Hospital Family Practice in Pittsburgh. Dr. Leach became board certified in family practice in 1999 and joined the LVFM team in August of 1999. Dr. Leach sees patients at both the Palmyra and Harper’s Offices. He is also a school physician for the Palmyra Area School District.

Jenny Lee, M.D.
Graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed her residency program in family medicine at St. Margaret’s Memorial Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Lee’s talents have won awards, including a community medicine project award for adolescent health screenings. She has also volunteered her medical skills in Brazil. Dr. Lee has been board certified since July 2001. She sees patients at our Palmyra location.

David A. Keller, M.D.
Received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey. He performed his internship and residency at Harrisburg Family Practice Residency Program. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine in the College of Medicine of Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Keller has been board certified since 1995. Dr. Keller sees patients at our Palmyra office and the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home.

John Benson Welch, M.D.
Received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical School. He performed his internship and residency with the Harrisburg Family Practice Residency Program. He is board certified since 2002. Dr. Welch spent two years working locum tenens across the U.S.A. – including New Mexico, South Dakota, Maine, Oregon, Alabama and Pennsylvania. Dr. Welch sees patients at both our Palmyra and Harpers offices and at the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home. Of special note is that he is the son of John P. Welch, M.D.

Amy L. Schreiber, M.D.
Received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where she earned the Paul C. Brucker Award for Clinical Excellence. Her professional interests include women’s health and chronic disease management. Dr. Schreiber sees patients at our Palmyra location, the Harper’s office, and the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home.

Ingrid R. B. Blubaugh, D.O.
Received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the PinnacleHealth System in Harrisburg, where she was the Chief Resident. Her professional interests include women’s and children’s health and procedural medicine. Dr. Blubaugh sees patients at both our Palmyra and Harpers office.

Travis R. Berger, D.O.
Graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Chester University in 2010 and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. He completed his residency with Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Berger sees patients at both the Palmyra and Harper’s Offices.

Ronica A. Montagna, MS, CRNP
Holds a B.S.N. from Bloomsburg University and a M.S.N. from Penn State University. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center since 2000. She joined the LVFM team in 2000. Ronnie sees patients at our Harpers office.

Stephanie Ebersole, PA-C
Holds a B.S. from Lock Haven University and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Mercyhurst University. Stephanie sees patients at our Palmyra office.
