“NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition raises the bar in defining high-quality care by emphasizing access, health information technology and coordinated care focused on patients,” said NCQA President Margaret E. O’Kane. “Recognition shows that Lebanon Valley Family Medicine, Inc.-Palmyra and Lebanon Valley Family Medicine, Inc.-Annville has the tools, systems and resources to provide its patients with the right care, at the right time.”
Please join us in welcoming Travis Berger, D.O. to our practice.
He is seeing patients at both the Palmyra and Harpers offices.
A Team With a Mission
Our mission is to provide quality care in a comprehensive, compassionate and convenient manner because your family's good health is our family's primary concern. Our unique LVFM support team is a family of people dedicated to assisting the providers with premium patient care. Our specially trained nurses provide excellent care and directly assist the physicians with multiple procedures and tests. Our outstanding front office staff includes our receptionists, authorization/referral specialists, and transcriptionists. Our office/business manager, Shirley Dailey has over 41 years experience at LVFM and is responsible for the oversight of all operations. Phyllis Shanfelder, LPN, our clinical manager, has over 21 years experience at LVFM and oversees the nursing and front office component of the practice. Rounding out the team are the persons "behind the scenes" who manage the billing procedures and handle any insurance issues that arise.
